From industrial laboratories to primary school kitchens, from hospital oncology units to food technology rooms... We can help you achieve your ideal working or learning environment.
The Learning Environment
Our latest octagonal designs reflect a trend to seat pupils in small groups – most popular in science or ICT, allowing a more hands-on approach to teaching. These can include central service bollards or house individual CPUs. A winged system of benching “turns” pupils into the room, encouraging participation and involvement in lessons. Peninsular benching is a popular and efficient layout for food technology rooms – pupils have increased worksurface area and storage, with easy access to appliances.
The Working Environment
With emphasis on durability and high quality finishes, we believe the right worktop is crucial to the overall performance of any laboratory. We have an established range of chemically resistant and seamless solid surfaces from which to choose. ‘Wet’ and ‘dry’ workspaces require different surface coatings and we offer several types in a wide range of colours, finishes and sizes. Movable and mobile systems offer flexibility, allowing quick and easy layout changes. The ever-practical pedestal system is not only strong and durable but also robust and stable enough for delicate and critical analysis using equipment sensitive to movement.
